The inquiry form collects your contact details, requested service, optional business information, preferred appointment window, and the message you provide. These details are stored so Dialed In can review and respond to your request. Sending an inquiry does not confirm an appointment or establish a professional engagement.
Do not include Social Security numbers, banking information, tax documents, or other sensitive financial records. Contact Kelly for the secure document process. We do not sell inquiry information.
Spam prevention
The form uses validation, a hidden bot-trap field, a short-lived verification token, duplicate checks, and submission limits. A hashed network identifier and timestamps may be stored to limit automated requests.
Interactive tools
The withholding planner calculates in your browser. Its financial inputs are not submitted with the contact form or saved to the inquiry database. The checklist is available without entering your email.
Third-party links
Phone, email, map, and IRS links open services outside this website. Those services have their own privacy policies. Email links use your email application.
